Four generations of the same family have owned and operated The Hameau Albert, all of whom believe that nothing can be taken for granted. Guests can also take walks off the beaten track to pick blueberries with a picnic basket full of mountain ham and Savoy cheeses prepared by the chef.The Hameau Albert has two exquisite restaurants, each offering a different atmosphere. Added recently to the resort, the Maison Carrier is the pride of Chamonix, delighting guests with genuine local fare. Dine in the heart of mountain tradition, tasting fondue and raclette, and enjoying the "Total Pig Menu." The original restaurant offers an extremely delicate cuisine inspired by the regions of Nice and Piedmont, among others.
